NRGBB-SF is open for business from 8:00am - 5:00pm PST Monday-Friday. Sites must only ship frozen specimens and non-urgent FPPE samples Monday-Wednesday. Sites are expected to track their packages to confirm receipt at the bank as we are experiencing delays receiving shipments. Email tracking information for urgent shipments.
